Edit sample text and scrub its word highlights. This preview does not transcribe audio.Caption a Reel in three steps
- STEP 1
Upload the finished clip
Use the cut you intend to post, so the words are timed to the final audio.
- STEP 2
Generate, review and style
Choose the output script, correct the words and pick from the caption styles. Keep the text readable on moving footage.
- STEP 3
Export and preview
Choose your frame ratio and resolution. Play the downloaded video and check its caption placement before uploading to Instagram.
Captions from your clip, with editable word timing
These captions describe the words spoken in the video. If you need a post description or a quotation, write that separately. Capflair generates a timed transcript, and the editor lets you change spelling, grouping, emphasis and when each word appears.
Listen again to names, amounts and short English phrases inside Urdu speech. The first draft can miss a word in noisy audio or mistake a borrowed term. Fix the text before spending time on animation. Then replay the line to see whether the highlight matches the voice.
Use a vertical frame and check the edges
Capflair offers Original, 9:16, 1:1, 4:3, 3:4 and 16:9 ratios. Choose 9:16 when preparing a vertical composition. Keep the speaker and the caption visible together; a crop that centres the face may need a different caption position.
Leave breathing room around text instead of filling the bottom edge. Preview the uploaded draft in Instagram before posting, especially when a long username, description or interface controls could overlap your words. This is a placement check, not a reason to shrink captions until they are hard to read.
Choose a style for the pace of the Reel
Explore the caption style gallery. A short one-word reveal can suit a quick hook, while a quieter line can make an explanation easier to follow. Keep the font and colour consistent enough that a viewer can read the content without learning a new visual rule every second.
Urdu script needs space for dots and joined letters. Roman Urdu can use bold Latin type, and mixed-script lines need a check where English words appear. Try the same line on both a bright and a dark part of the footage. Increase contrast or move the text when the background makes a word disappear.
The video export carries the finished design
The captioned video includes your chosen text look and motion. An SRT is useful for subtitle workflows elsewhere, but it does not preserve the caption animation. Keep both when you want a readable published clip and a text file for later revisions.
Export resolution depends on the plan: paid plans support 1080p, with up to 4K on Editor and Pro. A higher resolution cannot restore detail absent from the source. Check the downloaded file, its audio and its final caption before posting.
